TERMS AND CONDITION FOR USE OF THE NOFITECH PORTAL
By registering a user account for access to the information and documentation provided in the NOFITECH Portal, all users are required to act in full compliance with the terms set out herein. Each registered user is responsible for keeping user credentials (username/password) secret to avoid unauthorized access to the NOFITECH Portal.
All information provided through the NOFITECH Portal is proprietary to NOFITECH and all intellectual property rights in and to the information and material is owned or controlled by NOFITECH or NOFITECH partners and suppliers. The information can only be accessed and used by registered and authorised users with valid user accounts as granted by NOFITECH and the information and material can only be used as a source of information pertaining to the use of products or services delivered by NOFITECH. No other rights or licenses to use is granted.
All the information provided by NOFITECH shall be regarded as confidential and trade secrets for NOFITECH and the information cannot be copied or distributed in any manner, in whole or in part, to any unauthorized party without the express consent of NOFITECH. This includes consultants, advisor or similar contractors of an authorised party.
The information provided herein is provided “AS IS” in all respects, without any warranties with respect to correctness, completeness or its fitness for any purpose. All information provided by NOFITECH is subject to change and revision and NOFITECH recommends that all users verify that they are accessing and using the latest version as indicated in the applicable version log. All use of the information is undertaken at the users own risk and expense, and NOFITECH expressly disclaims any and all liability for loss or damage associated with the use of the information and materials provided.”
VILKÅR OG BETINGELSER FOR BRUK AV NOFITECH PORTAL
Ved å registrere en brukerkonto for tilgang tin informasjon og dokumentasjon på NOFITECH Portal, påtar alle brukere seg en forpliktelse til å opptre i fullt samsvar med disse brukervilkårene. Hver bruker er selv ansvarlig for å sikre at brukerinformasjon (brukernavn/passord) holdes hemmelig og ikke gjøres tilgjengelig for uvedkommende.
All informasjon som gjøres tilgjengelig på NOFITECH Portal tilhører NOFITECH og alle immaterielle rettigheter til informasjonen og materialet eies eller kontrolleres av NOFITECH, samt NOFITECH partnere og leverandører. Informasjonen er kun tilgjengelig for bruk av registrerte og godkjente brukere med gyldig brukerkonto tildelt av NOFITECH. Informasjonen kan kun benyttes i forbindelse med bruk av produkter og/eller tjenester levert av NOFITECH.
All informasjon som er gjort tilgjengelig
av NOFITECH skal anses som konfidensiell og utgjør forretningshemmeligheter for
NOFITECH. Informasjonen kan ikke kopieres eller distribueres, verken fullt
eller delvis, til noen utenforstående uten uttrykkelig samtykke fra NOFITECH.
Dette omfatter også konsulenter, rådgivere eller andre parter med tilknytning
til brukeren.
Informasjonen er gjort tilgjengelig «AS IS» i alle henseende, uten noen form
for garantier for at informasjonen er korrekt, komplett eller at den kan
anvendes til noe bestemt formål. All informasjon er gjenstand for endring og
revisjon og NOFITECH anbefaler at alle brukere verifiserer at de benytter seg
av siste versjon og henviser i den forbindelse til endringsloggen som er
tilgjengelig for brukerne. All bruk av informasjonen skjer for brukerens egen
regning og risiko og NOFITECH fraskriver seg ethvert ansvar for tap eller skade
som oppstår ved bruk av informasjon og dokumentasjon som gjøres tilgjengelig
for brukere av NOFITECH Portal.
